Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
- You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.
- The return must be delivered to the following address:

Please note that we only accept returns for physical products. We do not sell or accept returns for digital products, CDs, or gift cards.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times can vary.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective item for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] and send the item to our Salmiya address above.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items are non-refundable.
Shipping for Returns
- You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance to ensure your item reaches us safely. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
